We thrive on the energy and passion each of our projects brings with it, and THAT is where the magic happens. We get a tremendous amount of satisfaction being around people who love what they’re doing, leading to an amazing, collaborative experience for us all.

You’re probably really good at what you do. Here’s a humble brag… so are we. Like any good relationship, neither of us can be good at everything; that’s impossible. One thing we know for sure is we’re most definitely better together.

    Founder

    Amanda Patterson is motivated and inspired by all things brand development. In 2016, her passion for seamlessly connecting brands to the very best talent led her to create ONWD Collective. Today, she uses her extensive creative and business background to oversee client strategy for the collective.

    Naomi Firestone is an adventurer. Sailing across oceans has uniquely shaped her thinking and exercised her applied interest in psychology and philosophy. As a result, Naomi is an effective communicator with a talent for making every connection meaningful. She excels in cultivating relationships and creating connection through collaboration.
